Returns & Refunds

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery.

Tell us at Findish.bxl@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number.
You pay the return shipping.
The product must come back unused and undamaged; if it is damaged, we refund less.
We refund within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
If the product arrives broken or wrong, we pay the return.
